Time for recognition for Mayor Augustin BALA. After the prize of Municipal Manager of the year 2020 awarded to the first Municipal Magistrate of the Yaounde 5 District Commune by the emblematic African Group of Excellence on April 24, 2021 at the Yaounde Hotel. The Collective of Investigative Journalists in turn came to award the prize of Managerial Excellence 2020 to the charismatic and dynamic Mayor of the Borough Commune on Wednesday 05 May 2021 on the esplanade of the Centre for the Promotion of Women and the Family of Yaounde 5 in front of the administrative, political, security authorities and the staff of the Town Hall.
